I have read and understood all eligibility criteria, tender conditions, and requirements, and I consider myself / ourselves eligible to participate in this tender.

I understand that I may not be called for presentation, interview, or further interaction with the Society if I do not meet the eligibility criteria.

I understand that the tender evaluation shall be carried out through QCBS (Quality Cost Based Selection).

I understand that the Society may shortlist only top technically qualified bidders, and I may not be called for interview or presentation.

I understand that merely qualifying in the technical evaluation does not guarantee selection in subsequent stages or award of work.

I agree that I shall not hold the PMC or the Society responsible for non-submission of the tender due to technical glitches, system issues, or last-moment submission delays, and I understand that no extension may be granted.

I declare that all documents and information submitted by me are true, correct, and genuine, and I understand that submission of false or misleading information may lead to rejection and legal consequences.
